Life can be full of busy activities that keep us moving from one task to another, eating on the run, multi-tasking, and trying to fit everything we need to do in each day. But what does it all really mean? We do more and more, but have seemingly less and less.
The only thing that TRULY matters is our capacity and ability to love, and to love unconditionally.
This is the GREATEST thing there is and it is the source of our greatest empowerment. When we choose to live and walk in love, we are functioning from and in a source that is so far beyond us and our imagination, that without it, we can do nothing that will pass eternity's test.
I have had the pleasure of experiencing this this type of love though the life of my beloved dog, Shalom, who passed away yesterday on July 15, 2012. My heavenly Father, used her to teach me 3 very important things:

How to love
How to love unconditionally

My Beloved Shalom
Moment by moment is how we move from one point in time to
another usually giving no particular notice to how time is passing until one
fateful day, time almost stands still, while we come face to face with the
realization, a beloved loved one will move on without us.
Sunday, July 15, 2012 late in the afternoon, was my time to
face that realization. My MOST beloved dog, Shalom, a full bred Rottweiler, passed
on. She was 9 years, 1 month, 1 day young. She was so full of life and love, a
true joy to be around. She was the one that truly taught me what it means to
love, how to love, and how to love unconditionally because she exemplified
these qualities each and every day of her precious life, without fail.
Shalom was born on June 14, 2003 and I welcomed her into my
home 2 weeks, and 5 days later. She took immediate possession of my heart and
she will always live on in my heart. Her
bright eyes, playful and loving personality, and protective nature, brought me
great comfort and joy through the years. I thank God He trusted me enough to
entrust her care to me. I am forever grateful to have known and loved Shalom
and her unconditional love and look forward to seeing her and her sister again
one day, God willing.

To live life with heartfelt passion and joy
